21 Days of Life-Changing Mantras for Love, Abundance, and Harmony

When you repeat something enough times, it becomes a reality.

Our environment often gives us a false sense of reality. One with lots of limitations, telling us we are not good enough and we need to work hard in order to earn a reward, even for something as basic as love and kindness. Year after year of hearing that, we start to believe it to be true, then wake up one day and are unable to accept anything else.

All this time we feel deep inside that something isn’t right. Life shouldn’t be this hard. In the end, we tell ourselves this is just how the world works and we need to go along with it.

That was exactly what I thought I had to do in order to fit in and survive in this world at this time. As confident as I was about who I am and my abilities to achieve goals in life, I couldn’t help but feel beaten down after years of trying over and over again. Regardless of how much I wanted to believe, the seeds of doubt were planted long ago by the people closest to me. It took a real breakthrough for me to see clearly that I needed to reprogram my beliefs at the fundamental level.

The world works this way now because the majority of people have accepted this reality and chose to go along with it. The only way to undo this is by flipping the majority.

A mantra is a verbal habit that helps create or support a mental habit. When repeated over and over again, it creates new patterns of thinking and beliefs in our minds. It is a simple exercise yet offers amazing results. Our words and thoughts are so closely intertwined they influence each other every minute of our lives. By using mantras, we instill a new reality and reprogram our minds back to its original state of empowerment.

Below are 3 sets of mantras, based on some of the most popular personal goals, outlined in a 21-day (3-week) course. I’ve used these mantras to transform my inner dialogue and continue to use them whenever I feel I need a refresh. These mantras are designed to help you reset the negative chatter in your mind, so even if at times you don’t quite believe in them, or feel like it, go through them anyway with an open mind. Each only takes a minute to recite—what do you have to lose?
