Raise Your Energetic Vibration by Drinking the Right Water: An Interview with The Water Brewery

For most of my life, I filtered water from my kitchen faucet and gulped it down my throat without a thought, and occasionally purchased bottled spring water for its taste. About a year ago, I tagged along with a friend to The Water Brewery, located on Victoria Street in Costa Mesa, CA.
Famous for the purity and vitality of their Aquae A.M.O.R.E. (Alkalize Mineralize Oxygenate Restructure Energize), the store is more than just a water facility. It is a mini spiritual sanctuary sitting on a teal floor representing the flow of water on earth. Their shelves are filled with books, herbal supplements, and organic personal care products. Being an avid meditator and keenly aware of energy, I felt immediately at home. Q:
How does the quality of water affect the general health and energy of a person?
A:
The quality of water makes a big difference in how it affects cell absorption. A healthy human body is made up of 70% to 75% water. The water we drink is a necessary supply for cell replenishment. When there are contaminants in that water, our cells must draw additional resources (such as minerals) from our body to transmute it in order to adapt. When it is unable to adapt to the water supply, the cell membrane will withdraw and close off. Quality water such as natural spring water will help it open back up again.
Unfiltered or poorly processed water, however, does not get fully absorbed into our system and that can make a difference in our physical health. It is critical to drink quality water so our cells can perform their important functions.
Our cells have 3 major functions:
• Provide nourishment for the body
• Eliminate metabolic waste
• Strengthen weak spots in the body and provide aid for any malfunctions
Q:
How is TWB water different from other filtered water?
A:
It is a bit tricky to provide a short, simple answer. Most filtered waters out there are full of contaminants. Some cities recycle sewage water as tap water. Even some bottled alkaline or spring waters can be inadequate for the body. Plus, individual bodies vary. For some people, more acidic water can be beneficial. The other extreme is over purification, which strips the water of its essential nutrients and can actually be harmful to the body. The key is balance.

Q:
Einar and Wennifer, what prompted you to start your water journey?
A:
I had a series of health issues in my early teens when I was still living in Norway — chronic respiratory and skin conditions due to allergies and vaccination, such as severe atopic eczema, chronic bronchitis, and severe chronic hay fever. Years of disappointing prescription medicine led me to an entire dietary shift away from dairy, gluten, and sugars. I began consuming organic foods and brewing herbal teas with natural spring water, which gradually cleared away the chronic conditions.
I started to explore more and more in the natural health category, including working at a health foods company called Helios, then starting my own business called Living Water and Health Products in 1999.
After meeting Wennifer and getting married, we moved to Southern California. I was disgusted to find out some cities here recycled sewage water. I have also found the life force of the water to be very weak from urban treatment processes. But we weren’t able to find accessible and affordable high-quality water in the area. After being laid off from my full-time job at a holistic pharmacy, we decided to create our own water facility, so The Water Brewery was born. We’ve been blessed with right timing and having great people come along who made this journey possible.
Q:
Are there any unique stories or testimonials from TWB customers?
A:
A few years ago, there was a lady who came to the store regularly to buy Aquae VITAE to bathe her baby. I was shocked since the price was $2 a gallon, so I asked her why.
